Firearms & Shotgun Licensing Reports
We are unable to provide reports on the medical suitability of any patient to apply for a Firearms or Shotgun Licence.
If requested we are able to provide a factual copy of your record to another qualified GP (typically employed by a Private Company) who you may wish to complete the report.
