In November 2019 we changed our Practice Clinical System which also meant a change to our Online Services provider.
Online Services are available through SystmOnline.
Ordering repeat medications, booking an appointment, viewing your medical history summary.
Patients wishing to register for the first time on SystmOnline need to attend and have their identification verified at the Practice before their account can be activated. For more information and the forms for completion, please read our Patient Access to Online Services Policy by clicking Online Online Services Policy.
Please be particularly aware of the ID requirements:
The patient must attend in person with their ID
2 SEPARATE forms of ID are required, a photo ID and an ID linking them to their registered address.
Suitable forms of ID are one of the following:
Passport/national ID card (photo)
Driving licence (photo)
PLUS (one of the following)
Bank/ Pension statement

Previous Online Users of The Waiting Room:
If you had a Live account on 'The Waiting Room' you would have been registered on SystmOnline. Your new user name and password can be collected from the surgery reception any times we are open however please try and avoid 08:00-09:00hrs and 13:00-14:00hrs.
Please bring a form of ID with you, ideally a passport or driving licence.
The letter with the details will be held at your normal surgery only.

NHS App - if you wish you can access many online services via the NHS App which can be found here . The NHS App lets you book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and access a range of other healthcare services. It doesn't give you access to as much as our own system (see above) but it does allow the most commonly used things. You can get access to this without coming into the surgery you will need to photograph some ID for the app but it leads you through.
Whilst we are busy giving out our system details, there are lots of them to get through, we also appreciate that it is difficult for people to come in. This is a good alternative if you prefer apps to browsers and need online access quickly.
